Cancellation Policy

At Tourza Commerce Private Limited (“Tourza”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we understand that plans can change. You may request cancellation of your order subject to the conditions described below.

📌 1. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted as early as possible after placing the order.
• Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to the courier/logistics partner, cancellation may no longer be possible.
• If the order has already been shipped, you may refuse delivery where possible or request a return after delivery in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

💰 2. Refund on Cancellation

For eligible cancelled orders:

• For prepaid orders, the refund will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
• Refunds will generally be initiated within 5–7 business days after cancellation is approved.
• The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or financial institution.
• For Cash on Delivery orders, no payment refund is applicable if the order is cancelled before payment is made.

• Cancellation is subject to the order’s current processing and shipping status.
• A cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation if the order has already entered the dispatch or shipping process.
• If the order has already been shipped, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
• Any applicable deductions or charges will be handled in accordance with our applicable policies and law.

Tourza Commerce Private Limited reserves the right to cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including due to:

• Product unavailability
• Inventory discrepancies
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Technical or system errors
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information
• Other legitimate business or legal reasons

If Tourza cancels a prepaid order, the applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
